So i've decided, lets talk about setting up a creepy scene! Now this is done in many way, be it in a book or poem or anything for that matter.

Besure to give us an example of your favorite scary/creepy scene!

A scary scene I hated in one of the Saw movies was when the girl fell into the needle pit. I. Hate. Needles.

It's normal. If you're a teenager and all, your hormones are playing games with you. It's apart of growing up, all women have gone through this so you're not alone and hormones do suck because they control your mood swings and make you go insane ha. About losing weight, you need to understand that it is very important to eat. I would just eat healthy. There are millions of food out there that have healthy, non fat food. When you eat pizza for example, make or buy one that has vegetables in it and non greasy. When you make or buy a burger, choose something like a vegetable burger. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water. It's all about taking care of yourself. And exercises the healthy way. Don't push yourself. People don't lose weight overnight, if that was the case then the world would all be fit, but exercising takes time and patience and good food will give you the result of an amazing body and a very healthy body feeling.

Be kind to yourself and what you are going through is something I am going through, along with all teenage girls in this world and sometimes boys. It's called puberty and it absolutely sucks but if you take the time to learn how to be kind to puberty and to take things slow, things will be in line for you. Don't stress because it will make things even worse. Relax, take a deep breath, light some candles in your room, soak your body with lavender body wash when you take a long bubble bath, mediatate, buy some yoga dvd's you can find at walmart or target.
