and Rikudosennin were called the gods of the shinobi world... and were the strongest ninja... Madara with his eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and Rikudo with his Rinnegan... there is no doubt in my mind that Madara Uchiha could defeat Rikudo... it would not be an easy battle but he could definetly do it!!!

After all... we did see one of Pein's bodies get killed by Jiraya.... so Madara Uchiha would be able to defeat him.. so YES... AND NO TO YOUR QUESTION!
